Yeah,

I did the same when I watched Transformers 3 in 3D after the movies was over I went back to counter to the Cinema complex and requested a refund... do to the lack of quality in the story and the picture was as horrible blurry during fast past action scenes like the Avatar IMAX 3D.

But as many Hollywood producers and directors say give 3D sometime it will improve!
Cause we want your money...

What will it achieve? More hits for the guys' website?
I'm pretty sure Apple are well aware of the situation without a stunt like this

Now you understand right? That's why noting wrong here.

I like how he says, "A store which has a policy of NO REFUNDS" which is blatantly not true. And then tells you how to apply for a refund! Comparing FCP X to a game is not logical, either. You want a refund, get a refund. Did Apple botch the release of FCP X? Yes. But stick to facts, a refund is very easy to get, always has been on the App Store, and it doesn't remove the software from your machine. I wonder if the author actually deleted FCP X after getting a refund? Why didn't he also throw in, "Be sure to delete the app too, so you're as ethical as I'm claiming to be here!"
