Hello,
My office space is a 24feet by 10 feet room where we have couple of Imac/windows PC kept, Initially the lighting of the room was a by a Non LED bulb and now we have made some changes and I feel something wrong somewhere as its too bright of room.
- we have all white wall on 4 corners and 2 windows which are almost closed so no direct light coming into room
- we have to LED bulbs hanging at top of ceiling which are each as 45Watt LED with Color Temprature: 6500 K
www.amazon.in/Syska-SSK-RB-4501-45-Watt-...ket+Lamp+%28White%29
the room seems to be super bright with these 2 LED bulbs ( 45+45 = 90watt) and need to re-calibrate all my PC, Imac/Windows/Imacpro with LG 34incg ultra wide monitor and we doing calibration so far with Color Monkey since 2013 and have great results in getting prints.
However since last night when we put new bulbs and post monitor calibration, the monitors under new lighting looks good however the video footage when I try to see on LG ultra-wide looks very dark and I feel a need to increase screen brightness, currently with color monkey the calibration was done with monitor default settings and now when I see the old edited (pics) and video (CC) footage, I see a huge difference under new lighting.
Is there something that I am doing wrong or is it too much lighting for the small room or is it normal as may be I am not used to work under so muh lighting.
help plz.

LOVE LED lights, white not yellow! I'd suggest your room is simply too bright. Get rid of a few bulbs, and/or put a dimmer on the wall switch.

… and 4500 lm each (nowadays, the Watts don't matter but the Lumens).
keep in mind: 'Edison' bulbs converted just 5% of energy into light, LEDs 80-90% …
We Germans are famous for having a 'standard' for everything. So, the corresponding Arbeitsstättenverordnung (yes, this word exists and makes sense …some) tells, for office work 500lux (lumen per squaremeter) is enough.
depending on location of your bulbs, you have ~20x as much light as needed.- ok, stepping into such a lit room from from a sunny outside seems to be ok, but your poor displays have to 'fight' against those streams of photons.... I'm not aware how nits (=display brightness) compares to lumen/lux, but I'm pretty sure, your display cannot compete with your room light.
smaller bulbs, more bulbs, flat lamps, bounced lights, diffusors … my suggestions
