Final Cut Pro, Cannot End the Project.

Hey guys,

I have a problem with final cut, better said my girlfriend have a big problem with final cut. she did a huge project and now she wanted to end up with the project, and final cut shows this trouble shoot:



can somebody help please, yeah i know that this is not the right forum maybe, but i couldnt guess which forum here is the right one for this troubleshoot.

It's an FCPX problem, so the Final Cut Pro forum would have been the right place. But I can't read anything but English, Cherokee, and a very small bit of Mandarin from college. What is that message saying, exactly?

Moderator: Any chance of moving this to the FCP forum?

The message is "The item cannot be shared while it is still referencing media on the camera". Here is a video discussing this; I have no idea it the advice is correct or not, as I've never encountered this error:

Yep, someone didn't check background tasks and quit FCPX while it was importing media from a camera card.

Go here and finish the import...
