Anyways I was able to get some information regarding the Kelsey Brannan explaining how to edit faster with Premiere.
I won't post the complete presentation but... here the conclusion.

How to edit faster with Premiere:
  • Close Adobe Premiere
  • Start FCPX
  • Done
