My sister in law has to use Adobe Pro for PDFs for her work as a Text Book editor.
Recently she received a PDF file from an international source that was messed up. Preview also wouldn't open it properly.
She had been using a much older version of Adobe Pro so she decided to download the latest trial version.
Here is what she wrote me about Adobe tech help…
"I was on a chat with adobe customer service because I tried to try a 30-day trial of the new Acrobat Pro. After downloading I got a screen that said I had a free trial for 0 days.

The chat person could NOT help me get the free trial and concluded with, “I am sorry for the incontinence.”"

Yep, that about sums up Adobe. Glad they are truthful.
