Shutter speed flickr, outdoors??? was created by bluecosmo5050
I know that I have to use 1/60 indoors in the united states. However, I have been using 1/48 outdoors since there is no artificial lighting. I still noticed some flickr. Is that due to the computer monitor or the American camera?
In other words, in the USA should I shoot at 1/60 even outdoors?

The only time it matters is when shooting a CRT screen, or in florescent lighting. Otherwise, it makes no difference to "flickering".
