Can you help me out on this. What did she used in the intro? The text, the background tiled shaped, color filter, and the shape transition.

Kaleidoscope effects, light leak effects, looks like some 3rd party title templates or something. All easy to do yourself. Look in the Effects Browser for "Tiling", you'll find a kaleidoscope and other stuff in there. Light Leaks are a 3rd party product. Dig through the title templates for titles and such. Basic shapes and compositing.

How about in the first video at 0:17. The text, the texture of the video if you look closely on the upper left, the arrows with animation, and the inverted triangle?

The triangle, and textures, are just shapes with colors, opacity lowered, and/or a blend mode applied. The texture part may even just be colorful light leeks. But you can give a texture to video and titles.
