So look at Daz3D (it does animation) or Poser. Daz3D will probably be your way to go, it's free. 3D is a pretty steep learning curve, no matter what app you learn. But can be very rewarding and open up great creative and work opportunities.

maybe I'm lost here in translation or whatever, but:
You have never done animation, sculpting, 'rigging' etc before and now you look for a 'click 'n done'-solution for, more or less, realistic looking 3D-human-being-creation?
... oh. -
Not meant as an offense - but … how old are you?
(asks a grumpy old man)
And to answer one of your questions (highlighted):
No, not possible. Not within the next 10 years (optimistic guess).
Meant seriously ( … to some degree… ) :
how's that? www.motionvfx.com/mplugs-67.html

sorry, was meant more as a rhetoric question - hard to find a polite tone for my … embarrassment. maybe, instead being grumpy, I should be happy about your optimism, what modern technology can achieve.
So, where to start? …
A realistic human being is by far the most complex project thinkable. It touches all domains of 3D/animation. It needs years (!) of experience and excellence to create something close to 'looking like the real thing'.-
You're looking for something 'canned'; what Ben already suggested: DAZ and Poser comes to mind … It will help you creating a 3D object, and afaik they do sell 'movements' too ... but even with these tools, no one-click-done possible.
That's plain impossible with actual technology. ....
And, 3D is no 'little' thing to learn.
Have a look at blender.org, you find hundreds of thick books teaching it ................
Not the answer you're looking for, but that's reality.

C4D is a very, very professional tool, in use for Hollywood blockbusters....
And $$$$ …
for learning 3D a complete overkill, but if you want to …
don't know your skills to learn new things.

What answer to you expect?
A 1.000£ software package is 'no good'??? Or just 'good'?
What are YOUR criterias for judging 3D software, if you have no clue using it?
We come to a point, where I'm leaving this conversation - you haven't touched a single book about 3D, no idea about the complexity of creating 3D nor '4D'= animation, and we 'discuss' >1k£/$/€ software on a scale of 'good/bad'???
launch google, search e.g. for User Interface pics of C4D, Moto, Blender… You can deal with that?
All products you're listing have websites with tons of info. Read. Understand. Judge.

I do 3D modeling and animation, not full time, I don't consider my self an expert artist, but I have been doing it for a few years now, small, simple projects, and here's what I've learned first hand.
- Daz3d is where you want to start. Free, does a great job, will start teaching you how to do 3d and people and rigging, etc.
- Poser, well, it takes effort to learn, but is the defacto software you're looking for. It is more affordable, is still used on professional productions (although many studios have proprietary software they use now). And its sole purpose is to do realistic people. If you go the Poser route, which is what you're looking for, learn Daz3D first, and be sure this is something you really want to get in to. THEN spend the money on Poser.
- I use Modo, it is very expensive, very powerful, high end professional, about the best on the market today.
- I'm familiar somewhat with Cinema4d and it is expensive, very powerful, high end professional.
Those are both professional 3D modeling and animation software packages.
There are several others out on the market at that level of production, all are a lot of money, all are powerful.
- Blender is a professional level FREE software package, but it isn't as refined or as slick as Modo or Cinema4d or any of the others. Training is spotty, support is spotty, but for free, you can't beat it. Yes, I've used it, been there, done that.
- Cheetah3D, stay the hell away from, it is garbage. Horrible UI, the worst, most confusing documentation ever, and when I tried to learn it, the developer was super rude when I asked for help on very confusing things. Don't waste your money.
