Recommend cheap DSLR shoulder rig..

Hi everyone,
I am brand new to this forum, found while searching for DSLR shoulder rig. Forum seems quite interesting. Does anyone have any experience with dslr shoulder rig, simultaneously also interested in buying matte box and follow focus.
Someone suggested me following dslr shoulder rig, follow focus and matte box also included in this shoulder rig.

These Proaim seem to be a bit plasticky. Check out Fotga.

I fished a decent, second hand Indirail system for 90 bucks out of the ebay. No follow focus and matte box though.
