Help with proposal for a media position with local schools.

I have been initial talks with a couple of schools for a media position with one of them. I haven't actually talked with the big guns that actually make decisions so I would like to take the time to get some sort of proposal that would outline what the heck the position would entail, budget, etc. Not that I'm some dummy, however I've never done anything like this in the past. So I ask if anyone here has done such a thing, and if there are some resources they may be able to point me to. Thanks guys!

Get in touch with that school's Apple education reps. They can often be a very valuable resource.

Now, are you talking about simply being hired as a teacher for an existing position, creating a new position/program, and does any of this include installing new hardware/software?
