Anyone ever see this??

I realize this is off topic with regards to FCPX but I thought some of you brainy guys and girls out the might be able to help me with this.
I have recorded some video using a 5D MKII but when I open the file I get this error. (See pic)
The camera does not stop or anything nor does it give me an error warning. Some people speculate the CF card may be damages but to me it looks like compression error. What do YOU think? Anyone ever seen something similar?

That happened to me before too but only when I did he preview in finder. But totally fine when played on FCP and qt player

By the way I don't play video files directly from camera. I always prefer copy he files to hard drive first
