Video Production Contracts? was created by El Cuajinais

Been searching on the web for a few hours for a video production contract but I haven't seen anything I've liked. In particular I need a contract to create an unscripted promo for a guest house. So none of the scripted or "events" contracts apply to this job. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.
