Need to Interview an Experienced "Artistic" Editor!

Hello-- For one of my art assignments at school I have a task of interviewing a professional in my field of study. Since, I have an interest in editing/film, I would like to ask a favor for one of the members who wouldn't mind answering a few questions related to the industry/art. Before you say no, have a look at the questions!

What do you see as the role of the visual arts in a mass-mediated visual world?

With new communications and media technologies, imagery is almost instantly available cross-culturally.
Do you believe that this has a positive or negative influence on the industry?
Can you provide an example?

What popular images do you see that are frequently rechanneled throughout the entertainment industry?

Are there particular images that this industry has popularized and/or created?

Who is/are your favorite artist(s) and/or what is your favorite style of art?

How has your knowledge of art/art history influenced your creative process?

A message/email answering these questions would suffice for completion. If anyone wants to do a Skype or chat session that would also be accepted; whatever anyone is willing to do, I'd be much obliged!

From there, I just take the answers and turn it into a PodCast showcasing images/videos around your answers.

Just let me know!
