Can you help me adjust my Glidecam 2000? was created by Neguah
I have tried to mount my 5D mk3 on my Glidecam 2000. But I can´t handle it.
First of all, I had to mount the "slider" to the right.

If I mounted it centered the adjustment knob wouldn´t turn all the way around because of my camera:

I have adjusted the glidecam so it´s all the way to the left to compensate for the sliders position.
However, it won´t work. It´s to heavy on the right side. Have tried to put on some weight on the left side, but it´s no use. The 5D is to heavy on its right side to compensate.
By looking at a guide on youtube, they have mounted the camera on its side, and won't notice the problem with the knob.
Any suggestions?

Not having direct experience with that setup I can't give you specifics, but are you sure that particular GlideCam is rated for your camera?
I would contact the GlideCam manufacturer by email & describe your situation.
They'll help you get it worked out.

I´m positiv that I have seen and read that a 5D should fit a Glidecam2000. But I´ll send them a mail.
