Fusion drives loses files?

I had an issue the other day with After Effects on a brand new iMac with 3 TB Fusion Drive: I was working with the Roto Brush and after a while all in a sudden the original footage disappeared. I had to relink it, but AE wouldn't find it back. The same happened in Motion, but there is was simply a question of delinking it (the original directory showed up).

Did that happen to anybody else who's using AE?

Yeah, I had to work from the system drive as the Thunderbolt is stuck in the mail, and I was keen on fooling around with the new toy, ehm, tool.

Very interesting. I wonder if this was caused by the Fusion Drive moving files around? Theoretically it shouldn't happen, but, who knows?

So, you're working in a project, and suddenly poof, you have a clip that is missing? Then manually relinking it fixes the issue?
