Mountain Lion WILL Run 32-bit Applications! was created by BenB
* No, ML does not have a 32-bit kernel, but so what?
* Mountain Lion will run 32-bit applications.
* Some very few apps require a 32-bit "kernel extension", these will not run in ML.
* If you are in Snow Leopard or Lion now, open System Preferences and if any of the preferences in the bottom section, the prefs for 3rd party apps, warn you that System Preferences must restart in 32-bit mode, THAT is an app that will not run in Mountain Lion.
