Compressor 4.3.2 H264 segmenting problem

Hi

Since the last compressor update( 4.3.2), I can t use all the cores of my computer when I compess prores to H264.
The box "allow Job segmenting "is greyed and turned off
Compressing H264 is now very very slow...
Is it an issue ?

This is still busted and even makes distributed batching worse is it keeps making the file sizes bigger than that should be and even slower to encode over the network.

I've sent feedback to Apple so hoping this finally gets fixed, surprised more people are not complaining about this!

Actually there have been lots of complaints posted online in various forums. Feedback page time. Crossing fingers next update fixes.

I'm not seeing it available either, BUT I'm still getting great encode times for H.264. So I'm not worried.

Ok but with the 4.3.1 version, compressor worked with the 2x6 cores of my macpro and now only 6...
