Does this work for you? I haven't used it for a few versions now, but it doesn't seem to produce a working m3u8 and html file. The FILENAME-index.html shows "error" on the video player, and if I try the m3u8 playlist file it gets stuck at "Loading".

Not that I'm going to use it a lot, but I needed to check something and needed an HTML5 video adaptive bitrate HTTP Live Streaming video that I could host on my server.

I used the setting a couple of weeks ago and everything worked as expected. Did you check whether the generated page works in Safari? It didn't work for me when opening it in Chrome. (Didn't bother to check why, though.)
