Compressor wont start batch, just says waiting for ever was created by gr8pics
Its a exported as masterfile from FCPX.
Status in active field is Processing/waiting, why doesnt it proceed?

Trash Compressor pref files. "Preference Manager" makes this easy, and is free (Digital Rebellion dot com).

Why would i delete it, is it permanently?
Will the pref manager replace them with new?

Pref files can occasionally become corrupt. If the app launches and they're not there, it will create a fresh "factory default" set of pref files. You won't lose anything. This can kick-start Qmaster and Compressor's own cache system to get things working correctly. It is a common step to take for Mac apps.

But speaking of, i dont have Qmaster, why is that, isnt that a part of FC?

QMaster is a service, not an actual app, and there's no more front end for it. Compressor's preferences set all that up for you. You won't see Qmaster, but it's running.
