Can I share with Compressor? was created by Neguah

I have a 30 minute file which took 7 hours to share with FCPX. I chose some compressed settings and H.264. Can I share ProRes 422, add in Compressor and share it with H.264? Will that make it quicker?

Depending on the processor, Compressor enables hardware acceleration and is very fast. Bring your PR file into Compressor and mark a short, representative selection and compress @ single and 2 pass and then compare Of it passes the quality test, do the single pass.

Of your processor doesn't support it, do a test anyway. 14x real time seems way too long to me. Compressor should be able to beat that.
