Compressor 4.1 H.264 Output Washed Out

Is it just me or are the chroma levels in Compressor 4.1 outputs slightly off? When I compare the same file encoded with C4.1 and Adobe Media Encoder CC, AME CC is faithful to the chroma levels whereas C4.1 requires a change using Gamma filter.

Is this a continued bug in C4.1 or something new? A little frustrated I spent all of that time grading only to have the end result not be what the client approved.
