Compressor 4.0.7 will not render anything that is for internet use. I have never had trouble compressing footage for DVD. I am coming out of fcpx 10.0.9, have done fresh installs of both programs as per Apple's own instructions. It simply gives me a 48Kbt file or fails. I know of nothing else to do to get this animal to work.
Thanks for any help.

"It doesn't work" is a complaint, not a request for help. How about lots more info. What are you trying to compress? Are you using one of the built in settings? Which one. How much space is in your source disk and destination disks?

If you are having trouble with Compressor, run Compressor Repair first. It's a free utility, you can download it here:
www.digitalrebellion.com/compressorrepair/
If this does not solve your problem you should indeed give a little more information about your specific issue so we can see what's may be causing it.
