Compressor 4 need urgent help with rogue file I can't delete !!!!

Hi guys, hope someone can help..I have installed compressor 4, no problem..
I got some stock footage shots for a job in various frame rates and codecs, no problem..
I used C4 to convert files to Proress 422 then I use Ctools to conform frame rates..
The problem is this: All the files were 1920x 1080 except for 1 of the video files which was 2560 x 1080 . Compressor has chucked a wobbly with this file and has taken 122 hours to get halfway through the compression. I am unable to delete to job or cancel the batch it just keeps trying to compress.. I tried to delete C4 and reinstall but I cannot delete the app from rubbish as it gives a message C4 is still in use...The batch window says there is still 125 hours to go which is crazy as I cannot do any thing to stop it...
Does anyone know how I can delete this job or fix this issue...

Problem Solved... Was able to reset Batch list and clear in the File menu...
