Music Video made with final cut, apple motion and apple colors

Check out my new music video called " Is That You " Im the artist in it, I also directed and edited it. The directed by title was done in apple motion using track motion and match move. All the editing was done in final cut 7. Then i set it over to apple colors to give the video a warm spring feel to it. I think I would do it in 24p with some depth of field that will help keep it from looking like camcorder video.

Ah, the 24p myth. 24p only makes it look like 24p video. You need to shoot, block, light like film to get rid of the "video" look. DOF helps a bit, just don't over use it like most videographers do.

Only thing I'd do is take the yellow hue out of everything, and adjust the contrast to give more depth to it. Those two things and it would really pop out at you.

Have to agree with the last comment, the color looks a little washed out thus flat.
Didn't quite get the scene of you dancing with the other guy

thank you all. it was my first time really getting in to apple colors. Apple colors is a powerful program though. to get some great DOF shoots i know for sure im going to need a better lens because currently im shooting on a stock lens for my canon t2i. oh me and the guy dancing at the end we call that the trippy dance just bugging out having fun lol
