I shot this promotional video for the annual Tango Festival here in New Orleans.
Shot with c100II and GH5, I really wanted to test out the improvements in the lowlight capabilities with the GH5 over shooting last years festival with the GH4, I was impressed!

Micky, what stabilizers or dolly rail systems or other rigs did you use?

Glide-cam 2000HD
For the timelapse I used my old indie slider, I forget the exact model name

Wonderful movie, beautiful photography (I guess, not easy, avail light only, hm?)

… I watched it 2-3 times - oddly, from sec 35-40 I like it, from the start not so much, hmm, how come? Maybe that 'hectic' time-lapse for a start isn't mine… but I'm a slow guy, anyhow....

Very difficult edit-to-music, Tango isn't techno LOL

And there was a (young) KevinSpacey on the floor??

Thank you for the comment, yes available light only, absolutely no lights allowed!!! So a serious stress test for the GH5 as it got dark real quick.

Yes very difficult to find music for, the client prefers to use more traditional style tango which works great but takes awhile to find that one song that compliments video as well as dancing.

Yes I suppose the hectic timelapse/cutting is subjective and depends on ones taste, I use it for pacing and to keep 2mins of dancing visually interesting.

Oh and good find on the young Kevin Spacey haha

Thanks again!
