Well, I needed both After Effects and Lightroom, but the main job was done in Final Cut Pro. Simply love FCPX. It's so easy.
Take a look. What do you think?

Very nice shots, good music, well done!

What exactly did you use QE and Lightroom for?

Thank you, Ben!

After Effects for stabilizing and creating a .mp4 to put in my timeline in FCPX. Lightroom for editing RAW and all color correction.

First, I'd never edit with .mp4.
Why not use FCPX to stabilize and color correct?

Well, at first I rendered the time lapse-sequence at lossless(.mov), but the file was so big and difficult to work with(because of my hardware). But since I already had color corrected the sequence in Lightroom I didn't need to do much with the file in FCPX, and chose mp4. I choose to edit with Lightroom both because of RAW-workflow(camera raw filter) and LRtimelapse(deflicker program).

Warp stabilizer did a better job then FCPX, but I now realize that the stabilization has been improved. I only compared stabilizing with one sequence, and since warp stabilizer won that one, I went with warp for the rest as well. It also made the work flow easier.
