Some nice stuff in there...liked the split screen shots particularly.

However - there are a few common issues I see in edits that I think you could do well to note:

Your Font choice for text is a bit thin and the word selection could have been a bit neater.

Golden rule: if you show b-roll vision of people, avoid showing their lips moving - its frustrating to the viewer because sub-consciously they are wondering what they are talking about.

Be careful speeding up human movement... make sure its natural and makes sense.

If you are going to use Voice Over grabs...you should show them talking to the camera at some stage. This video lacks intimacy because we never actually get to 'see' who is talking....

That said... some nice creative touches in there.
