I am a photographer of over 35 years and have just started to use video. This video was made of events that happen in my backyard on Phillippi Creek, Sarasota Florida. The video consists of photographs and video made since the spring of 2011. The camera is a Panasonic GH2.

FCPX has been a joy to work with (after I climbed the learning curve) and I know that the next project will be completed in half the time that this one took.

My video is not showing up in the message window, just the link. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for sharing, Sam. Some beautiful shots you've captured. I must say, for a stills guy, you sure have a smooth pan! Must be either a good fluid head tripod or that old elastic band trick. Gorgeous rich greens, almost looks filmic, did you tweak the colors? The asian style music had me almost expecting ninjas to emerge from the water. :cheer: Keep up the nice work.

Thanks TrixTrax - I know I shoot video from a photographers perspective. Just so ingrained. I was not using a tripod or rubber band. Just trying to hold steady. I find the stabilizing in FCPX excellent. I have learned to include a bit extra in the frame so when stabilizing crops the shot, I get what I want. Some of the footage was color corrected in FCPX, but not too much.

Thanks again all for your nice comments - Sam
