FCP X DVD Software

Has anyone had experience with Corel's new MyDVD Pro?

This is a link to a site that talks about it: www.storagenewsletter.com/2017/06/13/cor...uality-dvds-for-mac/

I know this company apparently developed Toast beforehand (never a huge user, mainly built DVDs in iDVD and Adobe Encore). But I'm curious if anyone knows if the stability/menu creation and flowcharts in this app are reliable. A client of mine is asking for DVDs, so I figured now would be a good time to test it.

Thanks!

late to this conversation, but i bought it on the app store. it'll work, but you can not customize anything. you get their premade menus, you can buy more premade menus from them, but that's it. it'll give you chapter selection screens for a video with a lot of chapters, but that's about it. you MIGHT be able to add a photo in some of the templates, but only in little tiny drop zone boxes, not the whole background. it's cheap. does work, but cheap and not very customizable. you might as well just burn with FCPX, but if it's for someone without FCPX, yea, it'll work
