So, I recently purchased MotionVFX's mobject based on some of reviews they received here on FCP.CO.
But I have been having problems with the product, and when I tried to contact them, there's no phone number listed on their website (I don't care if they are in Europe, I would have called them anyway), and I guess I could write them via postal means, but really, the only practical way to contact them, given that they do not list a phone number is via their e-mail which is support@motionvfx.com, which comes back to me as "undeliverable".
Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:
support@motionvfx.com.
I've never tried to get support via postal mail before, and had I known that this might be the only way to contact them, I wouldn't have purchased. A product with such poor support isn't a great product, and in my view, not a recommendable product. I just wonder if they are even still in business. Does anyone know?
Right now, I'm out around $300.00, and I purchased thinking they were a reliable company. Dam, I wish I'd known about this problem before I purchased.
UPDATE: I finally got through to them via a non-gmail account. Still not happy about this. Anybody know what's going on? Are they blocking gmail accounts?

Margaret, sorry to hear you are having problems. Email is the only way to contact us and we are using Zendesk to answer all questions. Seems like Google is blocking Zendesk replies for some reason in your situation, so please make sure to whitelist both motionvfx.com and zendesk.com domains. We also noticed that our emails lands in Gmail's spam and the only thing we can do in this situation is to ask our customers to add these domains to the whitelist and mark our emails as "not spam".
Our support is always happy to help and support@motionvfx.com is the fastest way to get reply, but if you need to contact me directly you can also do so at twitter.com/motionVFX , www.facebook.com/motionvfx or via personal email at info(at)motionvfx.com

Yes, since Yosemite, there are those of us having issues with mObject. But I was told it was my machine, or Apple, even though it is ONLY mObject that causes issues. So don't expect much. I'd try it on the other Macs in our studio, but with no multi-seat licensing, we're not spending that much money on a plugin.

Ben, mObject 1.2 works fine with Yosemite (update available from your Order History at
www.motionvfx.com/account,order_history.html
), however few customers reported MacPro related crashes in very specific situations. We are investigating that. If you have any other problems or crashes, please report them to support@motionvfx.com and we do our best to solve issues on daily bases.
The crash you are describing is MacPro and Yosemite related only and our support mention that in the reply. So far we got around 3 people reporting that issue. We are also in contact with Apple about it to double check if there aren't any bugs in FxPlug.
