Does any know where I can find a plug-in to template that would allow the display of screens flying in the background?

Like this effect from a stock footage company.

That isn't a stock footage company, but more of a template company selling Motion and AE templates. What you linked to is in fact a Motion 5 template. Are you looking for something cheaper or different?

There are other companies around that do news templates and stuff. It has been just over a year, I can't remember specifics off the top of my head, but I did some news stuff back when. I remember we found tons of stuff all over. Event good quality CGI news rooms for green screen backgrounds. Just have to do a web search. Perhaps someone else here has some more specific info and will post soon.
