Event Manager X 1.2.2 Update Deactivation serial issue

Just a quick heads up to any who uses Event Manager X, new update to 1.2.2.
I booted up Event manager X then it started to update to the latest version, I now dont seem to be able to use it as its requesting I should deactivate the old version which I cant access, Im going to uninstall it and try and reload the old version.

I would advise you deactivate your current version before upgrading to 1.2.2.

I have contacted Intelligent Assistant to see if there is a fix as once your serial has been activated there seems to be an issue getting to work again with out it being deactivated

**UPDATE I managed to get in contact with Intelligent assistance and they had to reset my serial for the product so I could activate the software** but looks like it might have created another bug in this versions update.**

Ouch...

I had no problem with the 1.2.2 update so it doesn't look like it is inherent in the software from my perspective. Perhaps the install was interrupted?
