Has anyone had any luck with Xto7 For Final Cut Pro? I can't get it to work at all. It crashes each time we try and load an xml from FCPX. I have emailed quite a few times to support and attached our XML as instructed, but they have never answered an email..
It really pisses me off when they don't even reply.

Are you using the latest update, 1.1.10?

Have you gone through the documentation for it and done the Timeline preparation that is required first?

There was a bug like this in the previous version, but the latest version 1.1.10 fixes it. Launch the App Store and get it updated.
