I have added a DriveX Track Callout Angled One Line title to my timeline, but for the life of me I can't find the toolbar with shapes that enable me to track in FCPX that is shown in the tutorials.

Am I doing something wrong?

If you recently updated FCPX you’ll also need to download and install the latest. version their software.

Hi Suzanna,
There was something wrong with the installer of the latest Coremelt update for Catalina. I had the same issue and have sent them a bug report. This morning they replied with a link to an updated version of the installer.
For me it was the installer for the "Everything" bundle, but my guess is that they also fixed the individual installers. If not, you can send a bug report. They do respond very quickly.

Ah yes, that was it. I had downloaded the latest version at 10am GMT +1 time on Oct. 11th, but apparently the fixed update came out a few hours later. The toolbar is back.

Alas I lost my window of opportunity to use the effect in the edit. And DriveX just crashed FCPX :ohmy: - but hopefully things will settle soon.
