Hopefully the teal era of grading has finally met its end. Regretfully only to be replaced by this flavor of garbage? If so, strap yourself in for another 15 rough years.

The major Hollywood film industry has gone through color grading/timing fades throughout its entire history. This is just the latest.

House of Bamboo. 1955. Color by Deluxe. Phenomenal look. Robert Stack a bit heavy on the acting but for me the symphony of colors and angles and shadows and lighting trumps that shortcoming so much so it's loaded on my phone & has been watched countless times.
