Has anyone had success using Coremelt products in a Wide Gamut project? I've had nothing but problems.

In 2017 their site stated (for Chromatic) "this version supports working in rec2020 Wide Gamut Color Space." When I apply Chromatic to a clip in the timeline color gets clamped to 50 (in the RGB waveform). Happens whether or not "clamp to legal" is activated. Happens simply by having Chromatic applied - no corrections made.

LUTx crashes FCP when the LUT browser is activated.

All on an intel system. Same on the latest and previous version of FCP. Support requested a crash log (which I sent) but hasn't responded to any of my queries in almost three months.

Everything does work on a Standard LIbrary. It's just the wide gamut that's a problem.

Has anyone else used these plug-ins on a wide gamut library with success? Any suggestions on troubleshooting to see if the problem is on my system?

Do you have the latest version of these plugins?

Yes. Plug-ins are all current version (confirmed by support). FCP is up to date, although problem goes back a few months and existed on prior OS and prior version of FCP.

I have a question in to Coremelt and support has simply not responded. My coremelt plugins show up as “missing” and they don’t work at all, wide gamut or standard. Not sure what’s going on over there. The radio silence is weird.
