I'm trying to track a video clip using TrackX, but after drawing the shape and hitting the track forward button I get an error message saying "This video is not supported, please try to optimize this video and track again." Yet my footage is already optimized, am I doing something wrong? I am running Final Cut Pro X 10.4 on Mojave 10.14.6.

First, download the TrackX installer and run it, to be sure you have the latest version of the plugin. And be sure you're using FCPX. 10.4.8. Did you try to contact CoreMelt tech support?
