Colour Finale Pro 2

I want to grade a group of clips in one go for colour under Colour Finale Pro 2 please?

I'm taking it as you want to grade a group of clips as a batch. Use an Adjustment Layer above the clips and grade clips off that. The beauty of ALs is that you can stack them as high as you want, grade each as a different look, and turn the other versions on/off at will without having to remove adjustments/attributes on individual clips to try a new look that, if it wasn't what you wanted, had to be recreated.

It is not clear to me how to do it. Is there a simple video or step-by-step instruction?

You're looking for the Colour Finale Pro 2 Sync Group feature. It groups a bunch of clips together so one grade affects all the clips in the group. It's similar to a DaVinci Resolve feature.

The issue with Adjustment Layers is that they only affect clips adjacent to each other. If you have clips from the same source spread throughout you'd still have to have copy settings or adjustment layers. In Colour Finale you can "sync" clips all over the timeline so they all get the same grade.

Good point. (The problem I have with so many assist apps is forgetting all the options they're capable of, sync clips being the case here.)
