Hello there! I'm recently been getting to grips with Motion 5, and am struggling with getting this graphic title in my head to translate to the software.

Basically, in my head I have two letters S and D that I need to have orbiting around a point as they move from the bottom right to the bottom left. This would be in the format for instagram viewing on a phone.

I ideally would like them to keep their upright orientation, so they're just moving round a fixed point in a circle that then moves to the left and so they move with it whilst maintaining the same orbit speed. I'm just not sure how to 'create' this. I was thinking something using [orbit around] and then fiddling with the anchor points, but I just can't seem to get it to work.

Any help you guys can provide is greatly appreciated! Thank you for your time!

I think easiest would be to use text on a path, animate the Path offset, and then animate the text object across the canvas how you want.

You can use the Tracking parameter in the Text Format pane to set how the two letters are initially situated along the path.
