Frustrated for unwanted movement

This is most likely very basic but I just can't get my head around this.
I am trying to simply go from one keyframe position to another without this added movement that Motion always is adding!
For some reason it won't add the link properly.

SOLVED: Found all the settings in the interpolation options.

That link gives me a 404 error whether or not I add https://

@Albo.....if you want to add attachments or links, before creating your post click on the "go to editor" link at the bottom right of the message window that appears when you either reply or create a post. That will give you all the attachment and insert options - and you also create your post in that window. Seems this behavior changed on the forum recently.
