I upgraded my computer so I no longer have 'legacy' FCP. I would love to be able to see some info from a v.7 project: like where FCP says the missing files should be. There is a slight chance that maybe, if god willing and the creek don't rise, that I might still have them on a dusty old HD.
Any chance of cracking a v.7 project? I do have a Genius Bar pal if it involves Terminal or etc.

Open the project file with a text editor. It'l look something like this one from Nov 2013 then root around for the MOV files used...
