Text tracking doesn't work! Help :)

Hi people!
I have a frustrating problem adding some tracking effect to a text through keyframes. When putting 2 keyframes (one in the beginning of the clip and another at the end) each with different values, there is NO MOVING CHANGE of the text. I firmly believe I'm doing the proper way but the result is useless.

It just doesn't work I'm afraid. It's been broken since the app was released, and it's never been fixed.

If you have motion, you can open your title in motion publish tracking. Save and go back to fcpx. The new tracking slider will show up under the published sections and it should work. Why the one that is there already doesn't work I don't know but publishing it yourself tricks it into letting you use that slider for key frames and it works.

This problem still exists.
