Multicam within Compound Clips (or death by a thousand cuts)

I have a 5 hour Multicam clip in a timeline. It has been mixed and as such has about a 1000 cuts.
For organisational purposes I would like to nest this sequence into compound clips within the timeline.
It currently has chapter markers and I want to have a compound clip for each chapter.
Am I in for any ugly surprises?

Best thing to do is a test.
Duplicate the project, and try chapter compounding on your copy. I'd avoid making a snapshot due to length / complexity of the project, and a recently discovered database penalty related to snapshots with lots of compound clips.
Just make a copy and see what happens - you can simply delete the test and chapter compounds if it doesn't perform well.
