Missing plugins after creating a new Mac user account was created by Vultch
I created a new user account on my Mac, it has full admin privileges and when logged into this account Many plugins are missing from FCPX. If I go back to my old account they are all there. Any ideas?

Briefly put, many plugins are installed "locally", i.e., for a specific user account. This is true for templates/plugins that you move into your user-specific Motion Templates folder, which is located at:
/Users/your_user_name/Movies/Motion Templates.localized
(the ".localized" extension may or may not be visible in the Finder).
You'd need to copy the contents of the "Motion Templates" folder to the same location in the new user account (permissions may need to be changed).
