Quick export workflow for broadcast - Final video and Cleanfeed in Interlaced

Hi I have to deliver a final documentary with titles and as a cleanfeed version without titles and different audio channel mapping for broadcast in interlaced (XDCAM HD). Is there a fast workflow?
I can only render the timeline in place with or without titles so to get the other version it takes ages when I export with different roles (Video without the titles role).
Maybe render the clean version, duplicate the timeline, put it over the timeline, add titles  and render again?
FCPx doesnt seem to export according to spect so I have to convert in adobe media encoder.

Furthermore I would like to be able to review the first version while rendering the second. Is there a fast player that can play interlaced on my Blackmagic Monitor 3g breakout box while the other version is rendering?
