This whole year FCP X is getting really slow when opening FCP. Why is that? When opening events its really slow almost 3-4 minutes. Is it something got to do with the hardrive? Should I be using SSD?

MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2017)

16 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3
Radeon Pro 560 4 GB
Mac Monterey 12.6.3
Final Cut Pro 10.6
