Blu-Ray menu is missing and won't play back!

I choose one of the templates and select; show menu, but disk won't play in my home theater Blu Ray player.
If I choose; play movie instead of show menu and burn a Blu Ray disk, will play but still can not select menu. It works fine if I burn standard DVD and menu shows up. I reinstalled fcpx and shut down MacBook Pro a couple of times but no luck! has anybody encounter the same issue?

Yeah, FCP's Blu Ray burning is very flakey, always has been... Use a third party app like Toast.

Forget FCP. Use Toast (create ISO disc image) and then use these settings:

For DVD bump bit rate from default 4.5 mbps to max of 9.0. You'll only 66 minutes of video on a SL disc but at this rate but the video is noticeably better. Use DL disc for double runtime.

For BRD bump from default 16mbps to 26 mbps. The video quality is gorgeous and absolutely no blocking artifacts on freeze frame.

You can use a standard DVD for Bluray video... 20 mins max for SL. 40 mins max for DL.
