Hi everyone,

Multicams in my library have started to be buggy. They play back as black screens with audio in both the event viewer and in a timeline. If I export them no issues, if I open up the multicam and play the source clips no issues.

Any ideas please? Here's a video of the issue

Something a little similar to this happened to me yesterday. All my angles in my Multicam went black but I could still hear them and see the footage playing in the timeline. A quick quit and restart fixed it and I haven't noticed it since.

What version OS and FCP are you on?

1, Turn off Background Rendering, NEVER turn it back on.
2, Delete (via File menu) ALL render files.
3, Reboot your Mac.
4, Reset FCPX parameters (hold Opt+Cmd together while launching).
