Hi, I'm editing a 52' documentary, and for the first time i can't record my voice over, i only obtain a gray blank clip. I've deleted FCPX pref. I've tried on a new project, with the same result. I've created a new library on desktop and it work perfectly. If i copy this new library on the DDP shared storage, it don't work anymore.
So i tell myself, "copy your documentary library on the desktop and it will work..." but it doesn't.
Do you have an idea ?
FCPX 10.5.3 on Catalina 10.15.7

Does the application have Full Disk Access in Privacy System Settings? What format is the storage using?

I have just found the solution, as you were reply to my question... Effectivly, FCPX had no Full Disk Access.
Yet i had no problem creating the renderings or other media. Just the audio cause the problem.
Now it works thank you.
