Hello everyone,

I've been trying for the past 3-4 hours to convert captions to titles in my project to customize font, colors, etc

I've downloaded the new XTE on this page .
  1. when I open it I get this message :

  2. The app still opens so, fine.

  3. I created a copy of my project in case something goes wrong and I drag and drop it in the main window. A pop-in quickly opens ”Export XML” but then nothing happens. I've tried to go in my folder find if any file was cerated or something but no…"

  4. I have tried many different options from the out format and with the 2 buttons "Update Final Cute Project List" and "Load XML". I've tried to do the opposite add title to convert to captions. I've also reinstalled the app many times, looked through google through the forum and documentation for a solution but still can't figure out what's wrong.
I've downloaded the legacy version "XTCC" but got error messages and even if I could open it it was kind of stuck in loading and nothing happened when I dragged and dropped the project doing the exact same thing than the tutorial…

Can someone help me?

Thanks for the answer @FCPX.guru! I'll shoot him an email next time I need subtitles.
I had to publish the video so for anyone interested I ended up using "Tap5a Multiline Text Background " :)

Saw this by chance.
Next time you should contact me as Ben already suggested.

The message - though cryptic - is caused by an permission error when communicating with Finder.
